Mr. Friedman is an Associate at the firm’s Newark office, where he focuses on labor law litigation, advocating for the rights and interests of both public and private sector unions.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Friedman served as Corporate Counsel for the Arena Football League, where he gained extensive experience in labor law. He was instrumental in negotiating labor agreements with the Arena Football League Players Union, representing the league in arbitration proceedings, managing labor disputes, and providing strategic counsel on compliance and litigation.

Mr. Friedman also served as Counsel at Jazz at Lincoln Center, where he helped manage labor relations for five unions. His work involved long-term negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and the strategic resolution of employment issues, offering him a broad and nuanced perspective on labor practice.
